If after 90 days you have genuinely done all of those things and you feel the program is not the right fit for you, we will have a direct and honest conversation about the best path forward whether that means adjusting your approach, extending your timeline, or exploring another option together.
I do not make promises about specific weight loss numbers or timelines because every woman's body, starting point, and journey is different. Individual results depend entirely on individual consistency and commitment.
